Natural, organic shaving care for men and women
Use Jojoba Oil to ease the discomfort of waxing, electrolysis and shaving.
Although men generally have fewer skin problems than women, possibly because they use fewer pore clogging petroleum based skin care and make up products, the use of conventional shaving soaps and creams can dry out the skin.
Shave preparation
Apply Jojoba Oil to your skin before your shaving cream for a more comfortable shave
Aftershave moisturizer
Apply 2 to 3 drops of Jojoba Oil directly onto wet skin after you shave to leave your skin feeling soft and smooth and help reduce shaving rash. A small amount of Jojoba Oil on wet skin will spread a long way.
Ingrown hairs
Ingrown hairs are caused when a hair is either blocked from growing out of a follicle or curls around and grows back down into the follicle. The former is often caused by shaving too closely, which can scratch the top of the follicle and cause it to be blocked. The latter happens frequently to people with thick hair that tends to curl and stay close to the skin.
Jojoba Oil increases the skins elasticity and softens the skin. This can help prevent in grown hairs. To help prevent ingrown hairs use Jojoba Oil daily to keep your skin soft.
Some other tips to help prevent in-grown hairs:
- Men - shave with an electric razor
- Wash the skin before shaving
- Shave in the same direction each time.
- Gently exfoliate dead skin away weekly with an exfoliating glove or your favourite exfoliator
